D’ Berryglobal Exports is an FSSAI-licensed food business operator and an APEDA-registered agricultural exporter, operating to ISO-compliant processing standards. Every consignment we ship carries a Certificate of Analysis referenced to its lot number. This page sets out exactly what we test, what we certify, and what documentation travels with your cargo.
Certifications
FSSAI Licensed — Food Safety and Standards Authority of India licensing covers our handling, processing and storage of food products.
APEDA Registered — registration with the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority, the Government of India body governing agricultural exports.
ISO-Compliant Processing — documented procedures, defined critical control points, traceable lot records and corrective action protocols.
Our Quality Protocol
1. Source verification — incoming material checked against origin, varietal and visual grade before it enters the facility.
2. Cleaning, sorting and grading — machine cleaning, de-stoning and sieving, then grading to your specification; sortex optical sorting where warranted.
3. Laboratory testing — moisture, mesh conformity, and the active parameter for each commodity (curcumin %, ASTA colour, Scoville heat, allicin content, viscosity), plus microbiological testing where required.
4. Barrier packing — vacuum sealing, nitrogen flushing, multi-layer lamination or lined PP, sealed tamper-proof and lot-coded.
5. Pre-shipment inspection — a pre-shipment sample against your approved specification before production dispatch; third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or your nominated agency available on request.
Certificate of Analysis
Every shipment leaves with a Certificate of Analysis stating the tested values for that specific lot, carrying the lot code printed on the bags. If a lot does not meet the specification you approved, we tell you before it ships.
